We come to you — at no cost and no obligation. Our lead estimator conducts a thorough inspection of your entire roof system, including the attic, flashing, gutters, and all penetrations. You'll receive a written condition report with photos before we leave.
Within 24–48 hours, you'll receive a clear, itemized estimate with no hidden fees. We walk you through every line — what needs to be done, why, and what it costs. We never pressure you to make a decision on the spot.
If your project involves storm damage, we work directly with your insurance company. We're present for adjuster meetings, review the claim scope, and make sure you receive the full coverage you're entitled to under your policy.
Once you approve the estimate, we handle everything. Materials are ordered, delivery is scheduled, and your job is placed on our calendar with a confirmed start date. We'll confirm with you a day before we begin.
